Jenna DischeR

A career-changer with two decades of HR and project management experience in financial services, media, FinTech, and AgriTech. Since 2013, her HR philosophies have been rooted in a passion for seeing companies enable people to do what they’re best at, contribute what the world needs from them, work alongside people who honor their unique identities, and be recognized for their talents. These principles fuel how I propose designing HR approaches, programs, and practices.

Empathy, Integrity, Excellence, and Authenticity are my north star values, embedded in everything I do. In my spare time, I love to mountain bike with my husband and father-in-law, connect with family and friends, read, cook, bake, and play with my two cats. The great-granddaughter of George Headley, famous Jamaican cricket player, it’s an honor to carry on his namesake in Headley Advisory.

SEE WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING ABOUT BGMB

“You're doing great things! Thank you for this opportunity, going out of your way to prepare black girls for the future because we are the future!”

What an impressively robust and immensely valuable program you're offering! Participants are in for a fantastic experience!

(My Daughter) bragged today about what she learned and truly enjoyed the guest speakers.

From beginning to end, it was well planned, skillfully communicated and flawlessly delivered. Participants and presenters alike were energized by the topics, by Rachel’s enthusiastic leadership, and by one another.

(The) program helped me get a job and learn how to interview like a pro.
